Ivan Konovalov is a disabled person of the first group and already moves in a wheelchair. 16 years old. He does not sit at home, but leads an active life. Is talking, he returns home almost always only closer to 10 evenings. But he cannot get to the doctor in the clinic., you have to call a doctor at home and wait for doctors within four walls.
