Description of social services, provided by NROOI "Invatur" for adults with disabilities NROOI "Invatur" provides adults (older 18 years old) complex social services in a semi-stationary form. Comprehensive service is provided in the premises of the NROOI "Invatur", located at: Nizhny Novgorod, ул.Иванова, 15. The room is equipped with the equipment and supplies necessary for the provision of the indicated services, available to individuals, using a wheelchair when moving - there is a ramp, widened doorways, adapted toilet. A comprehensive service in a semi-stationary form is provided as a group day stay with meals. Rehabilitation daycare group includes 10 disabled. Provided for daily visits (excluding Saturday and Sunday) within three weeks - total 15 days, from 9.00 to 16.00. During a year 20 shifts. Recipients of social services undergo a course of rehabilitation and social adaptation.
1. Social services:
1.1. provision of living space in accordance with approved standards;
1.2. provision of food in accordance with approved standards;
1.3. organization of leisure and recreation, including the provision of books, magazines, newspapers, board games;
1.4.assistance in obtaining transport services at the expense of the recipient of social services, if the use of public transport is contraindicated for health reasons.
2. Social and medical services:
2.1.conducting wellness activities
2.2.conducting classes, teaching healthy lifestyles; 2.3.conducting classes on adaptive physical culture; 2.4.counseling on social and medical issues (maintaining and preserving the health of recipients of social services, conducting wellness activities, monitoring the recipients of social services to identify deviations in their state of health);
2.5.assistance in carrying out medical and social expertise; 2.6.assistance in hospitalization of those in need in medical institutions.
2.7.assistance in obtaining dental care; 2.8.assistance in obtaining denture and prosthetic and orthopedic care.
3. Socio-psychological services
3.1.socio-psychological counseling, including on issues of intra-family relations;
3.2.psychological help and support, including citizens, providing home care for critically ill recipients of social services;
4. Socio-pedagogical services
4.1.training relatives in practical skills of general care for seriously ill recipients of social services; 4.2.advising on obtaining educational services 5. Social and labor services
5.1.carrying out activities for the use of residual labor opportunities and training in available professional skills; 5.2.assistance in finding a job;
5.3.organizing educational assistance and (or) qualifications for disabled persons according to their abilities; 5.4.self-sufficiency counseling.
6. Social and legal services 6.1. Assistance in the preparation and restoration of lost documents for recipients of social services;
6.2.Assistance in obtaining legal services (including free);
6.3.Providing free legal advice and other legal assistance;
6.4.Providing assistance in protecting the rights and legitimate interests of recipients of social services.
7. Services to improve the communication potential of recipients of social services, with disabilities, including disabled people
7.1.teaching disabled people to use technical means of rehabilitation;
7.2.conducting social rehabilitation activities in the field of social services;
7.3.self-service skills training, behavior in everyday life and in public places;
7.4.assisting in teaching computer literacy skills.
8. Urgent social services:
8.1. assistance in obtaining legal assistance in order to protect the rights and legitimate interests of recipients of social services;
8.2. assistance in obtaining emergency psychological assistance with the involvement of psychologists and clergy in this work;
8.3. other urgent social services.
