In the premises of the leisure center for the deaf-blind NROOI "Perspektiva", an off-site meeting of the Public Commission at the FKU "GB MSE of the Nizhny Novgorod Region" of the Ministry of Labor of Russia was held.
The event was attended by members of the Public Commission and representatives of regional public organizations of people with disabilities:
- Yu.A.. Chepkov – OOOI "All-Russian Society of the Blind" Nizhny Novgorod Regional Organization;
- T.I. Markova – Nizhny Novgorod Regional Public Organization of Disabled People "Social Rehabilitation";
- R.S.. Lyubimova – Nizhny Novgorod Regional Public Organization for Support of Children and Youth with Disabilities "Veras";
- N.L. Mikhailova and Sumarokova I.G.. – Nizhny Novgorod Regional Public Organization of Parents of Visually Impaired Children "Perspective";
- ON THE. Vaccine – Nizhny Novgorod Diabetic League "Diabetes Center";
- N.V.. Zabegin – Nizhny Novgorod regional public organization of cultural, of social and labor rehabilitation of disabled Opornik and wheelchair users.
The meeting was also attended by the Commissioner for Human Rights in the Nizhny Novgorod Region O.A.. Kislitsyna, Head of the Department for Supporting the Operation of the Office of the Ombudsman for Children's Rights in the Nizhny Novgorod Region M.S.. Sofronov, from the institution of medical and social expertise, the deputy head for expert work N.A.. Burtseva, specialists of the organizational and methodological department T.N.. Sergeeva, M.V.. Nagovitsyna.
In accordance with the Work Plan for 2021 year at the next meeting of the Public Commission, the topic was discussed: "Organization of comprehensive social adaptation of persons with disabilities and their family members on the example of the work experience of the NROOI" Perspektiva ", NROOPDIM "Veras", NGO "Invatur".
Representatives of public organizations shared their experience of working with children, youth and adults, told about the directions of activities and ongoing projects. The members of the commission were presented with technical means of rehabilitation, allowing visually impaired people to adapt at home, but not included in the Federal List of ТСР. Presentations were made by the head of NROORDIZ "Perspektiva" Sumarokova Irina Germanovna and lawyer NROOPDiM "Veras" Lyubimova Roza Senbievna, representative of NROOI "Invatur" Zabegina Nadezhda Vitalievna prepared a report.
After the speeches, a discussion of the activities of the represented public organizations began., also discussion of the draft regional list of technical means of rehabilitation.
