On Monday 04 July 2016 g. Participants of the motor rally "Moscow-Vladivostok" of the Association of Youth Disabled Organizations arrived in Nizhny Novgorod. Three cars with manual control participate in the run. The unique project is supported by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia. The project is called "Mobile Youth Forum "Impulse". Large cities will host round tables "Entrepreneurship among the disabled – range of opportunities” with the participation of representatives of administrations, business community, non-profit sector, disabled people's organizations. The purpose of the rally is to attract public attention, authorities, business community to problems, related to the implementation of entrepreneurial activities by people with disabilities and the search for ways to solve them. The rally participants want to show by their example, that people in wheelchairs can live fully. The ride will run through 20 cities; its program includes holding events in regional centers ("round tables", master classes), where employment opportunities for disabled people and their involvement in entrepreneurial activities will be discussed. Motor rally participants plan to arrive in Vladivostok 30 July.
Nizhny Novgorod regional public organization of the disabled "Invatur" acted as a regional participant in the run. Members of the NROOI "Invatur" in their cars with the sign "Invalid" met the convoy of the rally before entering Nizhny Novgorod.
Together, in one column, the participants arrived at the World Trade Center, where was the round table “Entrepreneurship among the disabled – range of possibilities”.
