Member of NROOI "Invatur" Andrey Bulanov, Svetlana Kupolova, Ivan Konovalov, Andrey Tkachev, Elena Voronova, Nadezhda Zabegina 4 July 2016 took part in the round table "Entrepreneurship among the disabled - a range of opportunities". Among the organizers of the meeting – Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Nizhny Novgorod Region,Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of Entrepreneurs in the Nizhny Novgorod Region, World Trade Center Nizhny Novgorod and Nizhny Novgorod Press Center "Media Strike Hall".
The event was attended by representatives of Nizhny Novgorod public organizations of the disabled, regional employment service, Ministry of Social Policy, Ministry of Industry, trade and entrepreneurship,educational organizations, implementing vocational training programs for people with disabilities.
The round table discussed the availability of full-time education for people with disabilities and overcoming the stereotypes of employers in relation to employees, with physical limitations, as well as questions of motivation of young people, having a disability, to work and start your own business, small business support programs and assistance in obtaining the necessary education within the framework of the social project of the training center of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry NO “I want to work!».
Andrey Bulanov's speech with the report "Non-Governmental Organization of the Disabled as a Business Incubator" on the experience and development prospects of the NROOI "Invatur" aroused great interest among the participants of the event.
During the discussion, a question was raised regarding the situation, formed with the entry of non-profit organizations into the market for the provision of social services,regulated by the Ministry of Social Policy of the Nizhny Novgorod Region (the problem of restricting the access of non-governmental organizations to the market for the provision of social services).
Following the results of the round table, a resolution was developed, containing a package of proposals for further joint work.
