More 80 athletes from 15 Russian regions and neighboring countries during the week competed in table tennis, barrel, streetball wheelchair, trail orientation, laser parabiathlon.
The first team place and the cup were won by Nizhny Novgorod, второе место у города Сочи, the third - for athletes from Blagoveshchensk.
Participation in such an event is a great opportunity to exchange experiences, learn something new. In the Nizhny Novgorod region, at one time, thanks to the festival, such adaptive sports were developed., like boccia, trail orientation, wheelchair laser parabiathlon. Demonstration performances in adaptive sambo were held at the opening ceremony of the festival.
Festival guests from various regions discussed the experience of public organizations in creating an accessible environment, участвовали в мастер-классах по финансовой грамотности. A gala concert was held on the stage of the sanatorium "Yuzhnoe Vzmorye". NROOI "Invatur" presented works, created in the training and production workshop "ARTEL".
The trip took place within the framework of the "Accessible Traffic" project, winner in the Competition of charitable projects of the Engineering Division of ROSATOM. Adaptive physical education, parasport is an important factor in the social rehabilitation of people with disabilities.
