Выездной спортивно-реабилитационный лагерь по обучению инвалидов пользоваться коляской открылся в Нижегородской области. Как рассказали в региональной общественной организации «Инватур», Центр активной жизни заработал в рамках проекта «Мобилизация», implemented thanks to a presidential grant.
Active people with disabilities are trained both from the Nizhny Novgorod region, and from other Russian regions. The program includes training in safe movement in a wheelchair and competitions in adaptive sports, trainings and outdoor recreation.
In "Invatura" have specified, that in the first lesson, camp participants were taught to fall from a wheelchair and get up on their own.
