В Нижнем Новгороде проводится областной турнирпо шахматам среди шахматистов с ограниченными возможностями в рамках Всероссийского фестиваля «Кубок Надежды 2018» .

The tournament is held 14 August 2018 g. in the premises of UNN named after. N.I.. Lobachevsky at the address: g. Nizhny Novgorod, str. Bolshaya Pokrovskaya, house 37
Day of arrival and registration of participants – 14 August from 9. 30 to 10.30. Opening of the tournament 11.00. begining 1 tour 14 August 2018 g. in 11.10.
Closing of the competition 14 August in 14.00. День отъезда – 14 August.
The competition is attended by chess players of the Nizhny Novgorod region with disabilities.
Transportation costs to the venue of the competition at the expense of the sending organizations or the athlete.

Applications and Questionnaires, sent after the deadline, will not be considered
Depending on the number of participants, competitions are held according to the Swiss system in 5 tours, or round robin.
Competitions are held according to the FIDE rules for rapid chess.
Time control - 15 minutes per game for each participant (on mechanical or electronic watches).
