SPECIALIST OF SERVICE FOR ECOSYSTEM
As a service specialist for the ecosystem, you will advise clients
by phone and chat on products and services of partners: SberLogistics, Business Environment, Sberbank Leasing, Outstanding loans. You will answer all kinds of questions: how to send a parcel, how to buy a car on lease or how to open an individual entrepreneur remotely.
You fit us, if a:
• you have specialized secondary or higher education (we are waiting for the last students
courses);
• Correct oral and written language, clear diction;
• experience of working with clients from a year;
• you own a PC and MS O € ce at the level of a confident user;
• you learn fast, you know how to communicate and are ready to help clients;
• experience in banking, call center or telecommunications will be an advantage.
