16 August in the conference room of the hotel “Nicole” the cycle of business trainings for the Invatur team was completed.
The specialists of the organization strive to rationally implement their projects, but not always they can succeed for various reasons. More than one Invatur is faced with this.
“The success of project management and their effective implementation depends on how each team member is ready to work., how clearly everyone understands their role and functions in the work, why a person came to work in a team and whether the team as a whole is united , – says coach Oksana Ilyina”.
Oksana worked with us at her trainings “painful ” command points, figured out how to correctly formulate goals and set tasks in projects, as well as, what is not less important, she managed to give a vector in the direction of good interaction with each other in the team.
