Chairman of the NROOI "Invatur" Andrey Bulanov took part in the meeting of the expert group on the problems of providing disabled people with technical means of rehabilitation, which took place 23 October 2020 g. on the basis of the Nizhny Novgorod regional branch of the Social Insurance Fund
The event was attended by representatives of the regional branch of the Fund, "Agency for Strategic Initiatives" for the Nizhny Novgorod Region, supplier of ТСР, GBU "Resource Center for the Development of Social Service Technologies and Support for Social Service Providers".
As noted by the participants, the problem of providing people with disabilities with technical means of rehabilitation today is one of the most acute.
The experts discussed the main pain points - the impossibility of obtaining a replacement rehabilitation tool while the purchase or repair is in progress, incomplete compensation for a self-purchased product, impossibility of obtaining, not included in the federal list, ТСР and more.
Alexey Isaev, manager of the Nizhny Novgorod regional office, noted, that the Foundation is trying to solve emerging problems, but this is not always possible within the framework of existing regulations.
The Chairman of the NROOI "Invatur" proposed to strengthen joint work to improve the quality of the provided technical means, take into account the opinion of users when drawing up technical specifications for purchased products, operating experience.
NROOI "Invatur" is implementing the "Mobilization" project, supported by the Presidential Grants Fund.
