In the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Social Insurance Fund, a meeting of the working group was held to control the timely and high-quality provision of technical means of rehabilitation and (or) services for people with disabilities.
It was attended by representatives: public organizations of people with disabilities, leaders: bureau medico- social expertise of the region, Department of the organization of social services for the population of the Ministry of Social Policy of the region; directors of branches of the Fund, specialized specialists.
Manager of the Nizhny Novgorod branch of the Fund, Alexey Isaev, acquainted those present with the instructions of the council under the Government of the region on issues of trusteeship in the social sphere, concerning the provision of public control over the quality and delivery time of the purchased technical means of rehabilitation, joint actions with the Ministry of Social Policy to optimize logistics systems and deliver vehicles to the place of residence of people with disabilities. He noted, that the total funding for 2021 year in this direction is 503, 13 million rubles.
The participants of the meeting supported the proposal of the Chairman of the NROOI "Invatur" Andrey Bulanov to monitor the quality of the issued technical means of rehabilitation during their operation, as well as the fulfillment by co-executors of their obligations to deliver products to consumers.
Proposals for the creation of a regional list of TSRs were discussed, not on the federal list, but so necessary for the disabled, and further elaboration of financing their purchase by the government of the Nizhny Novgorod region.
Working group meetings will be held on a regular basis.
