Leisure center for the deafblind “Plot” 25 October, a meeting of the NGO Club of the Nizhny Novgorod Region was held.

The participants were able today to experience the feelings of the blind and plunge into their world with the help of unusual activities.: the organizers darkened the room, completely removed the light, put dark glasses on the participants and let them explore and recognize the objects in the room, identify spices by smell, to recognize architectural structures by models. Then we played board games.
Daria Gerotskaya, specialist in work with families of the Life Without Borders charity foundation played checkers with Dmitry Balykin, lawyer Invatur (Dmitry is blind).
– For me it was a thrill, – Daria shares her impressions of the game. One thing, when you see the game, and another – play blindly. It took a lot of effort from me.!
Meetings of the NGO Club provide an opportunity to exchange experiences, resources and information with other representatives of the non-profit sector.
