Locals in wheelchairs arrived in the morning at the foot of the sights. For them, this is not just a visiting card of the city., but also an obstacle, it is impossible to climb on your own. They proved, what is most important is desire and helpers.
The latter were found along with caterpillar lifts (150to a piece). With the help of technology and caring people, the disabled managed to see the boat “Hero” and the Volga from a new angle - the second tier of the Chkalov Stairs.
