Citizens of the Russian Federation aged 16 years and older, living in the Nizhny Novgorod region. One person can become a participant of the competition, as well as a group of people (associations of participants). Winners and participants will be able to participate in a five-day field conference in one of the comfortable hotels in the Nizhny Novgorod region, awarded with prizes and diplomas.
Participation in the competition is free.
