23 april 2023 in g. Dzerzhinsk will host the Championship and the Championship of the Nizhny Novgorod region in sports of persons with impairments of the musculoskeletal system (orienteering – accurate orientation). Orienteering amateurs and professionals of any age with and without disabilities can participate in the competition.. See in practice the difference between orientation and Trey-O. Competitions are held 23 april 2023 year 10-00 to 16-00 (depending on the number of applicants) in the park "Duck Lake".

Orientation for persons with PODA (Trail Orienteering) - consists of several
disciplines:
– Personal credit, in which the participants overcome during the control time (usually in a given sequence) distance, consisting of items, on each of which several prisms are located within sight (flags): participants must define and record, which of these prisms on the ground corresponds to the indicated on the map and the given legend (possibly – and no).
– Sprint – the distance at which the time for making a decision by the athlete is recorded at each point. This sport gives even the weakest athletes the ability to think., reason, analyze, to plan, combine, draw conclusions, develop thinking and strategy of action, ability to fight for prizes.
