Chairman NROOI "Invatur" Andrey Bulanov 22 October 2921 g. took part in a meeting of the Public Council at the Main Directorate of the Federal Penitentiary Service of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod Region. The event, chaired by the head of the GUFSIN of Russia for the Nizhny Novgorod region, Viktor Brant, discussed the results of the work of the Council, completed projects and long-term plans.
Particular attention was paid to the issues of employment of convicts, their socialization.
The Public Council deals with various problems, в него входят общественные деятели, representatives of religious denominations, educators and media representatives.
