The most massive race “Run, hero!” held in Nizhny Novgorod. 2200 people reached the start in three distances at 5, 10 or 21 kilometer. This year the track has changed. The route ran under three bridges, and the half marathon run and looked at the beauties of the city from the Kanavinsky bridge.
The participants were athletes from different cities of Russia and seven foreign countries.
Traditionally, the program team also took part in the race. “News – Volga region” – everyone got to the finish line! The absolute champion of the Nizhny Novgorod half marathon “Run,hero!” became Nizhny Novgorod Ivan Biryuzov. 21 he ran a mile 76 minutes.
