IN 2005 year graduated from the Law Faculty of Nizhny Novgorod State University named after. N.I.. Lobachevsky (Lobachevsky University). Since autumn 2004 has been working as the head of the legal group at the Nizhny Novgorod regional public organization "Invatur". During this time, he participated in the implementation of more than 40 projects to protect the rights of people with disabilities. Has extensive experience in advising people with various forms of disabilities and handling cases in courts, including on business, housing affordability. Author of numerous publications on the rights of persons with disabilities.
