29 November 2022 Andrey Bulanov, Chairman of Invatur and Dmitry Balykin, the lawyer of the organization conducted a training session with second and third year students of the Nizhny Novgorod Institute of Economics and Entrepreneurship.
Invatur regularly conducts classes with students of educational institutions of Nizhny Novgorod, where specialists of the organization talk about the various areas of work of the organization, understanding of disability.
– Invatur works with 1995 of the year, -Andrey Sergeevich tells students. During this time, we have done a lot of work to support people with disabilities in various areas of their lives.. Today we are actively developing such areas, as: employment, sport, rehabilitation. We are familiar with the problems of the disabled, since in our organization almost all employees are people with disabilities.
During the lesson, Dmitry Balykin also told the students about the ethics of communication with people of various nosologies.
After class, students were able to ask questions.. Need to say, there were many questions: how to help people with disabilities, what to avoid when interacting with them, and also about, How do people with disabilities cope with household issues?.
Such classes allow students to take a deeper look at the problems of people with disabilities., they face in everyday life, get rid of stereotypes.
