Looking for an employee (Russia and CIS) to a remote call center of a medical clinic. Work from home, on the computer. Communication using softphone (internet telephony), via headset and laptop / computer, flexible schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– receive incoming calls from patients; (no outgoing cold calling, impositions and persuasions)
– make an appointment with the clinic;
– call already registered patients, to confirm / remind about the appointment;
– make a schedule of the day convenient for the center staff.
Change from 10 to 20 h. Schedule 3-5 shifts per week, as you can / want, hard type schedule 2/2 no. Payment 110-140 rub / hour + performance bonus up to 30%.
REQUIREMENTS: You need - fast, stable Internet, the ability to provide silence in the room, where will you work, PC skill, good typing speed, desire to communicate with people, interest in medicine, fast learner, competent legible speech, (unavailability of the program for the blind)
