This week the Presidential Grants Foundation turns 7 years old. The years are short, but we, together with the Foundation, have already managed to do so much during this time!
We managed to implement more 10 socially significant projects, aimed at supporting people with disabilities and improving their quality of life.
We launched inclusive tourism in Nizhny Novgorod and the region and beyond. People with disabilities have discovered the opportunity to travel, test tourist routes.
Invatur began to actively work on organizing an accessible environment: museums, Universities, parks, institutions and so on, and also work is carried out with specialists and students of educational institutions to improve the accessibility of infrastructure.
Thanks to the projects of the Presidential Grants Fund, We annually hold a social rehabilitation camp “Center for the active life”, where children are trained in independent living skills, undergo self-advocacy training, psychologists conduct career guidance classes.
You can’t list everything, what the 7 years managed to do. We sincerely congratulate the Presidential Grants Foundation on its birthday, together we can achieve a lot!
