At the Zarechye sports and recreation center 01 June 2016 The Parasport Festival took place. The main participants are children from five schools in Nizhny Novgorod, participating in the project “Sports Together”. For real!». Children with disabilities and their peers engage in physical education, study Paralympic sports. The guys met together at the Festival, demonstrated their achievements, tried their hand at other sports.
In the holiday program – demonstration performances of athletes with disabilities, master classes on such sports, like goalball, barrel, wheelchair basketball, fencing, sitting volleyball, football.
Among the honored guests of the festival is a representative of the Commissioner for Children's Rights of the Nizhny Novgorod Region, Ministry of Social Policy, Department of Sports of the Administration of Nizhny Novgorod, main sponsor – Megafon company, as well as children from other schools.

The event took place as part of the “Sports Together” project. For real!», implemented by ROOI "Perspective" (Moscow city) together with PJSC MegaFon. The organizer is the Nizhny Novgorod regional public organization of disabled people “Invatur” with the support of the administration of Nizhny Novgorod.
Sport is the most important activity, which helps children develop physically and psychologically, trains endurance, perseverance, force. Besides, sport helps socialize children with disabilities. While training, playing together, Children with and without disabilities learn to be friends, support each other, and borders, invented by society, erased - they become equal.
