One of the areas of work of our organization is inclusive domestic tourism, which is considered not only as a leisure organization, but also as a powerful rehabilitation resource.
Unfortunately, there are a number of barriers, hindering a wider and more effective use of tourism opportunities for the rehabilitation of people with disabilities, experiencing significant mobility restrictions: inaccessible environment, lack of trained specialists, недостаток проработанных маршрутов, low activity of the disabled themselves.
It is planned to train specialists in the specifics of working with people with disabilities, development and testing of accessible routes, working with owners of hospitality facilities (hotels, hostels, restaurants, etc.) in order to ensure the availability of the services provided. Tourist routes and much more in the field of inclusive tourism will be developed..
The feature of the project is, that its implementation will be carried out by employees, those with disabilities, leading an active lifestyle.
