Resolution of the Government of the Russian Federation from 16.10.2020 N 1697 “On the Temporary Procedure for Recognizing a Person as Disabled”
The specifics of recognizing a person as disabled have been established, including the specifics of the implementation of the rules during the specified period, approved by the Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation from 20.02.2006 N 95 “On the procedure and conditions for recognizing a person as disabled”.
So, in particular, established, that the medical and social examination of citizens in order, provided by subparagraphs “but” – “d”, “g” – “to”, “m” – “about” paragraph 241 these rules, carried out in absentia.
Re-examination is carried out by extending the previously established disability group, as well as by developing a new individual rehabilitation program.
The disability is extended for a period 6 months and is established from the date, up to which the disability was established during the previous examination, without requesting an application for a medical and social examination.
