This year, Dzerzhinsk entered the competition 31 application, of these, nine winners were identified: five projects in the direction of "Sports and Healthy Lifestyle" and one each in the categories "Education and Science", "Urban Development", Environmental Protection and Volunteering.

Ivan Noskov thanked the organizers of the "Formula of Good Deeds" program, as well as the creators of social projects - public organizations, people with disabilities, youth and schoolchildren. “Thanks to you, people with disabilities socialize faster, occupy a worthy place in society, live an active life. One of the largest projects, which is implemented as part of the program, became the project of the public organization of wheelchair users "Paraplan" - the festival of culture and sports "Oksky ParaFest - 2021".

This year the winners are the projects: "Inclusive Triathlon-2021", represented by the public organization for cultural and social and labor rehabilitation of disabled people in support and wheelchairs "Invatur"; EcoShag (Social and leisure center for children and youth "Sozvezdie"); "Ecology and Sports" (Kindergarten No. 25); "Switch to a different life" (club of disabled people "Vera" of the complex center for work with children and youth "Youth Initiatives"); "Riding to health" (SSHOR "City of Sports"); "Skateboarding is not just a sport, it's a way of life " (FOK "Oka") and "Scene for the children's park" Rainbow " (ANO "Project Office for Infrastructure Development and Digitalization of the Urban District City of Dzerzhinsk").
