Chairman of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Public Organization of Disabled People “Invatur” Andrei Bulanov commented on the development prospects of the non-profit sector in Russia in connection with the amendments, included in the Constitution.
“This year is anniversary for us - “Invatur” will celebrate its 25th anniversary. Our activities are related to social support for people with disabilities, their rehabilitation, adaptation, vocational training. IN 2019 in the year we also began to implement projects to create an accessible environment for people with limited mobility. We would love to, so that all these projects are successfully implemented for the 800th anniversary of Nizhny Novgorod. Our city should be accessible and comfortable for residents with special needs and for people with limited mobility.”, – said Andrei Bulanov.
“We are very happy, that the draft amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation for the first time mention charitable and volunteer activities. It means, that the role and status of our activities will increase significantly. It inspires us to new social projects., which will provide support to many more who need help”, – noted by Andrei Bulanov.
