Chairman NROOI “Invatur” Andrey Bulanov took part in the conference “Interaction between government, public and non-profit organizations in matters of resocialization and adaptation of prisoners”, which took place 21 may 2018 year in the Public Chamber of the Russian Federation. In his report, he spoke about the organization’s experience in protecting the rights of prisoners with disabilities, gave examples of practical assistance after their release.
