Job fair held at the Employment Center 08 December 2022 g.

Lead Software Engineer, operator, manager, constructor, auto electrician, driver, postman, accountant, librarian and more 70 professions are presented at the fair in the Nizhny Novgorod Employment Center. This time it is dedicated to the Decade of the Disabled.

“The employment service holds many events for such special citizens. Now in the labor market, the employer does not share special clients, that is, our citizens, from not special. Everyone is equal now, and all works, offered, also aimed at our customers with disabilities”.

14 employers and more 300 vacancies for citizens with disabilities, average salary – 36 thousand rubles. Work according to strength, according to the possibilities and to the liking there is for everyone. There are examples of applicants, who get a job at the fair is not the first time.

“They sent me to community service, worked as a conductor, but with my diagnosis it's hard, but I stayed there to work for a while, I liked it there. Now I came back to the employment center to find a new job. My instructors are all positive, always help. I was shy at first: I was somehow uncomfortable, because on disability 42 years old, and I was embarrassed about it".

The Human Resources Center proactively cooperates with representatives of NGOs, and successfully working citizens can no longer be counted.

“During this year, in cooperation with the employment center and a public organization, nine people were employed. Work for each of us – This is the stage of rehabilitation and socialization. If the person is employed, he is fine! And these guys are fine.”.

Fair for people with disabilities is held every two weeks. There is always demand, like applicants, as well as employers.

Only for this year in the Nizhny Novgorod region registered workers with disabilities – more 85 thousand, and this number is growing every year.
