Precision Orienteering Championship of Nizhny Novgorod (Trail-O) among athletes with PODA (damage to the musculoskeletal system) passed on monday 23 August 2021 years in Sormovsky park. The chief judge and director of the distance of the competition was the coach of the national team of the Nizhny Novgorod region Dulatov Alexander Rafaelevich. Seventeen athletes took part in the competition. The participants first went through the modeling distance with analysis, and then solved tasks at 16 checkpoints and a time-cap with three tasks. Dischargers have confirmed their skills. This sport gives even the weakest athletes the ability to think., reason, analyze, to plan, combine, draw conclusions, develop thinking and strategy of action, ability to fight for prizes, temper your athletic character and become a gold medalist in your life.
