The Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Nizhny Novgorod Regional Court upheld the decision of the district court on imposing on the city administration the obligation to provide a family with a disabled child out of turn with living quarters under a social tenancy agreement. Currently a family with a disabled child (Mother and son) lives in a two-room apartment, where two more families live. The child suffers from a severe form of chronic illness, in which it is impossible for citizens to live together in the same apartment. The family was recognized as poor and registered as needing living quarters.
