For her contribution to charity and attracting public attention to the problems of protecting fundamental human rights - the right to life and the right to health - Ksenia Simonova-Paskar was nominated for the award.. Ksenia - Honored Artist of the Republic of Crimea, author of a rare genre: sand animation and drawing with liquid sand. For several years now she has been creating short sand films and videos about those sick children, who need expensive treatment and rehabilitation. Ksenia created more 60 films about children, those suffering from cancer and who need help. IN 2007 year, Ksenia founded the social movement “Live, Sun", whose volunteers actively help raise funds for the treatment of seriously ill children.

The whole country knows the driver Sergei Blokhin today, as a hero, saved 38 children from Yekaterinburg on the highway near Rostov. 8 November Sergei Blokhin drove a bus with children. Schoolchildren from Yekaterinburg with five accompanying persons traveled along the Golden Ring. Suddenly from a side road, A 20-ton truck flew across the double solid lane towards the excursion bus. Not wanting to risk the children's lives, Sergei put the driver's cabin at risk and thereby saved 44 life. However, Sergei himself died that same night in intensive care from severe injuries..
