The educational course was held in the form 10 webinars in the format of video conferencing on the Information portal "Continuing education of trainers", with the support of the Ministry of Sports of the Russian Federation and the Federal State Budgetary Institution "Federal Center for the Training of a Sports Reserve" in accordance with the action plan for the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Physical Culture and Sports in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030 of the year. More than 2000 participants, but received certificates only 720. Each certificate has an individual number.
