Chairman of Invatura Andrei Bulanov told, that the car was purchased thanks to the Mobilization project.
“There are seats here, there are places for transporting a person in a wheelchair, lift. The car is designed to, to take people to training, for rehabilitation, and today he was very useful in voting. We have already made two trips to the polling station. That's not a lot, but the thing is, what, primarily, our guys voted at home, by electronic means ", - said Bulanov.
At polling stations, “Volunteers of the Constitution” help people with disabilities take part in voting, in whose ranks - more than a thousand representatives of various public organizations of the Nizhny Novgorod region. They assist election commissions in the distribution of personal protective equipment..
