In the Nizhny Novgorod Kremlin 22 December 2021 of the year was held a solemn ceremony of presenting the honorary signs of the Nizhny Novgorod region "For merits in human rights activities". Among the awardees are Dmitry Balykin, lawyer at Invatur, and Svetlana Kupolova, Deputy Chairman.
Badge of honor “For merits in human rights work” is an award of the Nizhny Novgorod region, it is awarded to citizens, active in human rights activities, and have made a significant contribution to the development of the free legal aid system, legal education of the population, strengthening interagency cooperation and developing civil society institutions to ensure, restoration and protection of rights, freedoms and legitimate interests of a person.
Earlier this award was given to the chairman of the organization Andrey Bulanov. To date, the honorary badge received 14 Nizhny Novgorod, three of them are employees of NROOI "Invatur".
