The competition "WAY TO CAREER" was established by the Disability Business Council and is supported by the Regional Public Organization of the Disabled "Perspektiva", NROO "Invatur" and NROOI "Social Rehabilitation".
The mission of the competition is to help young people with disabilities to successfully realize themselves in the professional field. The competition will allow business representatives to visually demonstrate, that there are uncovered resources in the labor market - young professionals with disabilities, professionally trained in various fields.
