Invatur specialists on accessible environment together with the Electoral Commission of the Nizhny Novgorod region in three districts of the city – Nizhny Novgorod, Sovetsky and Kanavinsky – conducted a survey of polling stations to determine the conditions of a barrier-free environment for people with disabilities, in particular for those, who uses wheelchairs.
