At the stadium "Trud" 14 August 2022 g. Nizhny Novgorod regional public organization of disabled people "Invatur" holds traditional competitions, dedicated to the Day of the Athlete. Athletes with musculoskeletal disorders participate in them annually. The purpose of the event is to promote a healthy lifestyle, attraction of people with disabilities to regular classes of adaptive physical culture and sports.
"Competition of the city of Nizhny Novgorod" Day of the Athlete of Russia "in athletics among children and athletes with PODA" will be held at. Nizhny Novgorod, Boulevard Jubilee d. 30
Competitions will be held in six types of programs:
- Run 60m: but. defensive midfielders and equated, b. spinal cords, in. Cerebral Palsy and Participants with Sequelae of Neck Injury.

Competitors will be able to try their hand at master classes in wheelchair tennis, which develops in our city, outdoor curling and much more.
Honored para-athletes are invited to the event, representatives of the authorities, mass media, activists of public organizations. Competitions are held with the support of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Nizhny Novgorod.
