28 October 2023 the year turned out to be snowy and rainy, but for 29 man, this did not become an obstacle to visiting a very unusual place in the city of Bor, Nizhny Novgorod region.
Ethno-cafe Dzhailau was created in the national Kazakh yurt, where not only real oriental cuisine, but also the traditions of the peoples of Asia were recreated.
Cafe employees demonstrated, how they prepare traditional pilaf.
It was served to us piping hot in a large and warm yurt..
-Marvelous, that in the Nizhny Novgorod region there are such colorful places. I heard, that pilaf is prepared with raisins and pomegranate seeds, but I couldn’t even think, it will be so delicious,- Claudia Repina, excursion participant.
While we were trying pilaf, at that moment there was a story about the traditions and customs of the peoples of Asia.

The cafe surprised everyone without exception.

The excursion participants enjoyed taking souvenir photos inside the yurt in costumes and in the eastern corner, sitting comfortably on the sofas.
After a fascinating story about the life of the peoples of Asia and a delicious national lunch, participants were treated to outdoor activities.
Those interested were able to play boccia, test your accuracy with a laser pistol and darts.
This gray, dank day was brightened up by the trip to the amazing Dzhailau and the sincere smiles of the excursion participants.
