All of humanity is limited in some way, in its capabilities! Someone lacks a livelihood, someone is missing a new car or a country house, someone just lacks time… In this case, we are talking about those, who lacks HEALTH (psychological, physical, mental, etc.). Communication is the most important thing in board games. In the era of the internet and gadgets, personal contact, New acquaintances, emotions become very important.
In contrast to the traditional perception of people with disabilities, sport provides an opportunity to take a fresh look at disabilities and for the realization of the right, of each person for sporting achievements and creating conditions for their support.
Competitions in board games were held on the basis of NROOI INVATUR 19 December – "Autumn Drafts Tournament", backgammon and darts among persons with PODA. Participated in tournaments 20 athletes from the city of Nizhny Novgorod and 6 athletes from the city of Dzerzhinsk (organizations OIC ParaPlan), Total 26 athletes.
According to the results of the drafts tournament among men 1 a place – Shcheltsyn Mikhail, 2 place - Andrey Grachev, 3 place - Ivan Konovalov. Among women 1 place - Svetlana Potylitsyna, 2 place of Rechkina Yulia, 3 place - Ivanova-Olkhovskaya Galina.
On backgammon, the result was less predictable, everything was decided by the dice and the attentiveness of the athletes. In long backgammon tournament among men 1 place - Andrey Grachev, 2 place - Ilyin Ivan, 3 place - Mikhail Chetvertakov. Among women 1 place - Svetlana Potylitsyna, 2 place - Ivanova- Olkhovskaya Galina, 3 place - Ilyina Ksenia.
Well, in darts, training played the main role in the result, and the most effective throws were among the athletes among men. 1 a place – Larin Valery, 2 place - Sergey Lebedev, 3 place - Dmitry Zaitsev. Among women playing darts 1 a place – Ivanova-Olkhovskaya Galina, 2 a place – Tatarshaova Zarina, 3 place - Ilyina Ksenia.
Competitive tournaments to identify the strongest, friendly battles on the battle boards, tea drinking with friends – how pleasant it is to receive guests.
Competitions became possible thanks to the support of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the city of Nizhny Novgorod, Federation of Sports of Persons with Impairment of the Musculoskeletal System and the leadership of the NROOI "INVATUR", and also thanks to caring sponsors.
All winners received medals, diplomas, prizes, and also the participants did not leave the tournament without souvenirs to 800 anniversary of the city of Nizhny Novgorod.
