FROM 11 by 16 april 2019 of the year in the city of Aleksin in the Republican Educational and training base "OKA" the Russian Boccia Championship was held, 98 athletes with disabilities from 22 regions of Russia fought for the title of the best in the country. The national team of the Nizhny Novgorod region was represented by three athletes with musculoskeletal disorders in their classes: BC2 – Volgin Nikolai, BC3 – Konovalov Ivan, VS. 4 – Sapelkin Andrey. The guys tried their hand at the strongest rivals of Russia. We got a lot of experience. Seeing your mistakes, set new goals to achieve better results in the future. And also from the region there were representatives in the refereeing team of the referee: судья классификатор – Жаркова Анастасия; судья рефери арбитр – Забегина Надежда, and the judges timekeepers: Konovalov Ivan, Volgina Elena, Жаркова Анастасия и Забегина Надежда.
Boccia is the most accessible sport for people with disabilities, interesting and dynamic game, which develops accuracy, Attention, quick thinking. Boccia - fighting yourself, because it is necessary to show, that it was not in vain that you came to the meeting of the strongest. Thanks to boccia, the guys have the opportunity to make new friends, feel the joy of communication and express yourself.
