Tickets for special categories of persons (SAT) these are Tickets, specially designed for persons with disabilities, people with limited mobility and overweight.
These Tickets are divided into four types:
- "Seats for people in wheelchairs";
- "Simplified entrance standard", for persons with disabilities, people with limited mobility or people with other medical conditions;
- "Simplified entrance with amenities", for persons with guide dogs or persons with medical conditions, involving the use of assistance dogs, as well as persons, who, due to limited mobility, need more legroom;
- "For overweight people" (Simplified login, increased width places), for persons, whose body mass index is 35 kg/m2 or more.
Location of seats, tickets offered to buyers for special categories of persons, varies depending on the stadium.
Tickets for a special category of persons will be available at the price of category tickets 3 for foreign guests and by ticket price Categories 4 for residents of the Russian Federation.
All special category ticket customers can apply to purchase a ticket online through the FIFA World Cup ticket portal 2018 in Russia™ during the specified sales periods starting from 14 september 2017 of the year. If you need to purchase Tickets for a special category of persons, select the "Show special category tickets" option on the online application form. This option is located in the application form on the “Ticket Selection” page above the list of offered ticket products.
During the last stage of sales, starting from date, to be determined later, until the day of the final match of the tournament, the remaining Tickets will be available for purchase at the ticket offices of the FIFA Main Ticket Centers.
You are welcome, note, that buyers, who apply to purchase a ticket for a special category of persons, must provide the necessary documents during the ticket application procedure. In that case, if these documents were not provided and approved online, they must be provided by the buyer at the time of receipt of the ticket (if applicable) или при покупке билета для особой категории лиц в кассе Главных билетных центров FIFA; as well as, по требованию, при входе на Стадион.

For Russian buyers (residents of the Russian Federation) certificate must be presented, confirming the disability group or other medical report. Overweight individuals must present a signed doctor's note, which indicates the body mass index; minimum body mass index, entitling overweight persons to receive a ticket – 35kg./ m2
Excluding overweight people, to customers, to whom tickets for a special category of persons of the type “For persons in wheelchairs” were successfully distributed, “Simplified entrance standard” or “Simplified entrance with amenities” will be given the opportunity to receive one additional ticket free of charge for an accompanying person, который будет помогать и сопровождать это лицо на матч.
