At times people ask questions: how to choose your path in life, profession, prioritize correctly. This is especially important for a person with a disability., as the most formidable barriers, hindering participation in the active life of society, psychological, are inside us.
In November and December, the Nizhny Novgorod regional public organization of disabled people “Invatur” organized a series of online classes, which help to correctly prioritize life, plan time and financial resources, take care of your health and appearance.
The audience got acquainted with such professions as a make-up artist, stylist, cosmetologist, the hairdresser, attended a seminar on financial literacy, got advice from an expert. The conducted trainings helped to form communication skills, learn planning techniques.
Events took place within the framework of the project “Approbation of technology for early social adaptation of people, disabled, and their families: psychological and legal assistance, assistance in obtaining and mastering technical means of rehabilitation”. The project is the winner of the grant competition "STRONGER TOGETHER", conducted by the Association of Grant-Giving Organizations "Forum of Donors" in partnership with JTI Russia for institutional support of NGOs, working with vulnerable populations.
